Hi my name is Karen and I have joined this wonderful site to gain soom resources to help me with my new job as a co facilitator working at a recovey college  which offers courses relating to mental health for free to anyone wishing to learn new tools or meet new people who will be able to help them wihtin their journey. I am currently creatig a  yoga, mindfulness & meditation course with another person which will be begining to be held at the college for term 4 this year.

Hi I'm needing to find som grounding activities as well as some mindful meditations that go along with certain topics we have chosen to have as our topic for the week. Next one is for resistance, and I also have one for a week that our topic will be about learning to Pause  so any ideas of resources would be truly appreciated if your willing

That sounds like really beautiful work you are doing. Have you taught before? In any case, it's nice to be developing a new program alongside someone else so you can bounce ideas around.

welcome aboard... your plan sounds absolutely fabulous - i can share some pre-recorded meditations that you can play for your students and see how it helps them ...

Here is link to 11 pre-recorded guided meditations on YouTube about various topics ... check them out - feel free to share them and would love to hear your thoughts/feedback ....
