Om Shanti!

My name is Franca and I am from Canada. I studied Raja Yoga years ago with the Brahma Kumaris, which lead me into Kriya Yoga and other forms of meditation and yoga modalities. I am an Ayurvedic and Reiki Practitioner and a I teach Positive Mind Meditation workshops at my office. I am looking into getting into Corporate Mindfulness Workshops in the future.

Hello Franca! Thank you for the introduction - lovely to meet you virtually!

I'm Gillian - the community moderator. If you have any questions, feel free to let me know.

I would love to learn more about Raja yoga. I studied classical Hatha and we touched a bit on Raja yoga, but I'm not too clear on it. How would you describe it, or are there any websites/resources you could point me to?

Feel free to explore the rest of the forum and jump in on any conversations that speak to you 🙂

Hello Franca! Welcome! Thanks for the resource on raja yoga. I have some experience there but great to have more information. How are you going about getting into Corporate Mindfulness if I may ask?

Hello Jo L,

I have designed my own workshop Positive Mind Meditation at my office, and throughout the past 4 years, I have had companies contact me to come and do a talk about meditation. They got my contact information (word of mouth )from employee's that have attended my workshop at my office.

That's wonderful that your work has spread through word of mouth 🙂
