Mindful breathing or controlled breathing?

Hello I'm Cecilia,

my favorite breathing technique, is inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth, I find this technique very effective when I find myself worried or stress out, it is a great way to exhale my worries and come back to the present moment.

Hi @cecilia! I really love the simplicity of that. Just focusing on how we're breathing can be so helpful - and doesn't have to require complicated rhythms or counts.
