Hello @Michelle! Thank you for introducing yourself and for sharing a bit about why you are here.

Are you new to mindfulness or do you have some experience with it already? What kinds of practices have you explored? To point you towards some of my personal favourite practices and teachings, I really enjoy:

-Tara Brach's RAIN of Compassion (I mention it a lot in this forum because it is one I continually come back to!)
-Anything Alan Watts, Amoda Maa, Rupert Spira
-Simple breathing exercises, esp. belly breathing (there are a few mentioned here)
