  2. Day 8: Focused Attention Q.) What impact does bringing your full attention to a conversation have on you or those around you? A fully present conversation with my friend today. It is so crazy that giving full attention, also shut up my mind and listen what not being said. It helps my friend to speak up more of his awareness and what is the best solution for him to achieve his goal. I am so happy to be in service.
  3. Day 1 Hello, I'm working to make mindfulness practice a daily occurrence. I always feel better when meditation is a part of my day. Reflective Questions: 1. How does it feel to put your full attention on one breath? In the beginning of the meditation my tendency was to try to regulate my breathing rather than letting it be what it is and just watching. Once I let everything flow naturally I found myself relaxing and shutting out surrounding sounds. 2. How does this practice affect your state of mind? It makes me feel more centered. I was at work when I did this practice on my break and I came back feeling more focused on my tasks. I tend to multitask (listen to podcasts or music while working), but after this meditation break I didn't turn anything on, just focused on my task. A good first day. Becky
  4. Hey, I'm Siearra, Licensed Therapist & Instructor in Atlanta. I spend most of my time dwelling in mindfulness and viewing the perspectives it has on other’s lives. I joined in hopes to find more like beings that may turn into spiritual connections while we're on this journey of self-discovery that they called life. I'm currently doing more of nothing since it's so peaceful, but I love discussing, goal crushing and compassion meditation is my weakness. It's awesome that I found this. I hope to virtually make an impression and if I do, my username is the same on social media & Spotify. Love, peace and good spirits.

  6. Hello Everyone! My name is Tonikia L Steans and I am certified in NLP. I teach and practice mindfulness. I am the creator of Your Full Mind Life. Helping others to understand how their thinking affects their ability to function fully. I believe having a full mind leads to having a full life. I helped many people overcome their self doubt and fear of failure. Working with children with autism including two of my own children I have learned different techniques through mindfulness that helps with coping and stress leading the children to be more understanding of what they are going through within their mind. My methods are proven to work taking away for any drugs to be involved Growth and development on all levels is very important. I believe that everyone deserves to live a life of abundance and peace. We all need an accountability partner someone who cares enough to not leave us in a state of unrest but who will help us along on our journey. My and husband and I are ministers and we believe that relationships are the best part of life. We teach on forgiveness and reconciliation and one thing is for sure if you can not think clearly you can not make good effective decisions. Understanding how to renew new the mind transforms your whole world. This is what Christ came for. I am a mother of five adopted children and I have been married to my husband for 20 years. Faith, Family and Friendship are things that empower us. I broadcast a live stream 3 days a week on Facebook where I have created a platform for your voice to be heard.
