  1. Hello Everyone! My name is Tonikia L Steans and I am certified in NLP. I teach and practice mindfulness. I am the creator of Your Full Mind Life. Helping others to understand how their thinking affects their ability to function fully. I believe having a full mind leads to having a full life. I helped many people overcome their self doubt and fear of failure. Working with children with autism including two of my own children I have learned different techniques through mindfulness that helps with coping and stress leading the children to be more understanding of what they are going through within their mind. My methods are proven to work taking away for any drugs to be involved Growth and development on all levels is very important. I believe that everyone deserves to live a life of abundance and peace. We all need an accountability partner someone who cares enough to not leave us in a state of unrest but who will help us along on our journey. My and husband and I are ministers and we believe that relationships are the best part of life. We teach on forgiveness and reconciliation and one thing is for sure if you can not think clearly you can not make good effective decisions. Understanding how to renew new the mind transforms your whole world. This is what Christ came for. I am a mother of five adopted children and I have been married to my husband for 20 years.   2. Wow! I had no expectation regarding the “Just Like Me” meditation. I found it to be very powerful. It help me re-orient my view of a co-worker. When she and I have cause to interact, I will take a breath and remind myself she is just like me.

Hi my name is Karen and I have joined this wonderful site to gain soom resources to help me with my new job as a co facilitator working at a recovey college which offers courses relating to mental health for free to anyone wishing to learn new tools or meet new people who will be able to help them wihtin their journey. I am currently creatig a yoga, mindfulness & meditation course with another person which will be begining to be held at the college for term 4 this year.

I got certified as a life coach and an MLP mindfulness teacher, to help physicians and professionals who are experiencing the negative effects of stress, regain their enthusiasm, and build resilience, so they can get to a point of personal fulfillment and inner peace. I live in Mooresville, NC, and I facilitate workshops on mindfulness, as well as conduct retreats on wellness and personal growth. I have also weekly courses for 8 weeks on the Foundations of mindfulness and the four keys: Attention and Intention, Wisdom, Values and the Open Heart. Of course I would love to be part of a group of mindfulness teachers, to get support, feedback, and spread the word about the beneficial effects of mindfulness on our mental and emotional balance.
