I started my initial day of my challenge by not giving into impulses to check social media. I went straight to email to find my journey here. All electronics are off, except for my phone. The house is completely quite except for the rain and thunder outside. My dog is curled up at my feet. I close my eyes as I sit in a comfortable upright position. My breathing slowly begins to slow down to a very calming and relaxing pace. My shoulders ease down with each passing breath relieving tension. I feel the rise and fall of my lungs and abdomen. I easily fall into a calming breathing, my body is completely relaxed and with my eyes closed I see beautiful purple color surrounded by white that expands and contracts with each breath I take. I am at peace with myself and ready to start my day.

Day 8: Focused Attention Q.) What impact does bringing your full attention to a conversation have on you or those around you? A fully present conversation with my friend today. It is so crazy that giving full attention, also shut up my mind and listen what not being said. It helps my friend to speak up more of his awareness and what is the best solution for him to achieve his goal. I am so happy to be in service.
