  2. When I saw the opportunity to practice 100 days of mindfulness through Mindfulness Exercises, I thought what a great way to start 2021 and keep my practice going. I just completed day 1 and hearing Sean's voice felt like coming home. I felt connected and enjoyed the opportunity to just sit and explore my breath. Such a simple exercise, that sometimes I can forget to use the tool of breath to center myself. A sweet reminder as we breathe into this new year.
