    Day 1

    I found myself getting distracted a lot and had to pull myself back to my breath. I noticed my face and jaw were not relaxed at all at first and that focusing on my breath released the tension there. I noticed that my state of mind was calm as long as I was mindful of my breath. Otherwise it was racing from one thought to the next.

  3. Hi Everyone, My name is Shari. My user name is Bhadass. I am from Chandler, AZ by way of Denver, CO. I am married to my amazing wife, Terry and together we have 4 kids, 3 boys and a girl. We own a life coaching company called Bhadass Creations. I spent 20 years in the financial industry and retired in 2018 to pursue my passion of supporting people in connecting to themselves, mastering self-control, and bringing about success in all areas of life through the 7 Universal Laws. I am excited to start on this journey. I have meditated on and off throughout my life but want to establish a more powerful habit now.
