I'm a psychologist who worked in private practice for 13 years specializing in trauma. I am a certified wellness and life coach, as well as meditation coach and yoga teacher. Currently I am taking the courses Path to Freedom and Community Engaged Mindfulness to learn to bring meditation and other skills to prisoners. I am enjoying the classes immensely. Meditation and yoga have been a huge part of my life for over ten years, and my goal is to spread these amazing teachings to those who wouldn't otherwise have access.
