  1. I am currently discovering the world of mindfulness, learning a lot from this website, new concepts, exercises, meditation, but specifically meditating daily helps me a lot to manage my stress at work and has improved my sleep.

Hello everyone, I am Paola, I live in Lima - Peru, and for a couple of years I´ve been practicing yoga and meditation, now I am interested in everything related to mindfulness, I am looking for the necessary information to learn more and share it with my teamwork. On this website I find quite interesting information, and also I´d like to meet people with the same interest in wellness.
  3. Hi everyone! I am starting in everything related to mindfulness, I´m from Lima, Peru; and I would like to apply it at work, I am a supervisor in a callcenter, which is a work in customer service and sometimes it generates stress to my work team. The issue is that I don't know where to start getting them familiar with meditation and mindfulness, make it attractive and maybe also lose the fear of doing it, if you have any recommendations to apply it in their work teams, I´ll thank you. For now, I´m following some courses on this web.
