  1. I run a global wellbeing program with access to around 10,000 employees in 26 countries. This will be our second year celebrating World Meditation Day (May 31), and I am looking for unique, creative and engaging ideas of activities and/or events I may host virtually or in-person to help humans with various levels of experience (zero beginner to advanced) create healthy, sustainable habits to ease stress and clear their minds. Tapping this thoughtful and inspired community! Any ideas for how I may make a maximum impact for good on the planet within this context?
  2. What a powerful video. Thank you for sharing! I recently experienced a targeted rant from my father-in-law (65+ Caucasian male, upper middle class) who is struggling with retirement. Last weekend he "informed" me that unless we are productive (defined by him as running a company and making things happen), we have no value to the world. It was heartbreaking to hear and I knew it was a false statement, but this video clip did an amazing job of summarizing why. One part that stood out to me is that when we step back and look at any action or behavior on a 500-year time scale, we have no idea what the effect of our action, behavior or kindness might be. So true and very cool way of framing the butterfly effect of not just our actions, but the way we walk through the world.

  4. My children and my husband. They all deserve the best version of me, and I can't be a good mom or wife if I am not present in my life and mindful of my emotions and thoughts and each moment as it is happening.

  7. What a warm and inviting space. I love the trees framed by windows. It gives a sensation of shinrin yoku.
