  1. Performing my meditation practice as soon as I wake up it's really helped me deal with difficult emotions recently. Sometimes I worry when I'm about to meditate that I may feel sadness that's going to distract me. It's been really nice that I'm able to get into breath work and meditation and overcome my sadness.
